Product may be returned with proof of receipt and with product amount of more than half full. Retail items may be returned with proof of receipt and item in good condition.
If you are running 15 minutes or less late to your appointment, please call ahead so we may inform your service professional. If your arrival is beyond 20 minutes late, you may be subject to forfeit your appointment completely. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours advance notice, it is considered a ''no show'' and your service professional may choose to take a deposit to secure future appointments. If this is a reoccurring issue, your service professional may refuse providing your future services.
If you are unhappy with your results, please call/text your service professional directly. Our team will be happy to make small adjustment within 2 weeks or less of your appointment. This curtesy is not to be confused with "changing your mind" or trying to work the system for free services. If your request is reasonable, we will do all that we can to fix any error in quality.
